Nothing from this watch
A Watchtower is configured, but its relays are not serving anything from it — not an old message, nothing. Dark is the safe answer, and it is the one you should act on: assume nobody is reading what you send.
Usually one of two things. The relay list may not be the one the watch publishes to — both come from whoever gave you the address, and they have to match. Or the watch is simply not running, which is a question for the person who holds it.
Adding this to your home screen
You can rename it, and you should think about whether you want to. A phone that is borrowed, searched or taken shows whatever name is on the icon.
It is the same app either way — a home screen icon and no browser bar. Nothing is added and nothing is withheld.
