# NavCom

NavCom is the communications and situational-awareness client for the Earth Intelligence Network — a planetary-scale, censorship-resistant coordination system. It enables sovereign comms, structured intelligence sharing, geo-referenced reporting (GEOINT), and tiered operational security without depending on any centralized infrastructure.

## Why NavCom exists

A global intelligence and coordination network cannot depend on infrastructure that any single government, corporation, or adversary can shut down, surveil, or compromise. NavCom provides sovereign, encrypted, geo-aware, tiered-security communications on an open protocol.

## What it does

- **GEOINT Posting** — Geo-referenced intelligence with embedded GeoJSON, coordinates, confidence levels, rendered on an interactive Nav Map

- **Groups** — Encrypted group communications with tiered security (public OSINT / restricted ops / high-risk GEOINT)
- **Direct Messages** — End-to-end encrypted messaging
- **Post-Quantum Cryptography** — Hybrid PQ+classical encryption protecting against harvest-now-decrypt-later threats

## Security tiers
